You should receive a confirmation email within one week of the referral. If not, follow up with Desjardins or resend the referral—it may have been missed.

If the member doesn’t respond or declines to participate, Desjardins will contact the District Joint JEIS Committee for support. You may be asked to contact the member to help address any concerns or questions. It’s important to respond promptly to ensure the member has every opportunity to receive assistance.

Inform Desjardins when a member has returned to work – this helps prioritize support for members who still require assistance.
